Carrier
directory
Find your carrier, make a payment, or report a claim. If you are not sure who writes your policy, look at the top of your declarations page or call us and we will pull it.
Report to the carrier first so the clock starts, then tell us. We follow the file through to resolution.

Independent means we bring you the market, not one company's product.
Access varies by line, class, and account size, and appointments change. If you do not see your carrier here, call us. We can service policies with most admitted markets and place through wholesale brokers for surplus lines risks.
Admitted and surplus lines
Know which one you are buying.
An admitted carrier is licensed in California and its policyholders are backed by the California Insurance Guarantee Association if the carrier fails. Rates and forms are filed with the state.
A surplus lines carrier is not admitted here and is not backed by CIGA. In exchange, it can write risks and forms the admitted market will not touch, which is often the only way to place difficult classes. Surplus lines placements carry state taxes and fees, and you will sign a disclosure. Neither is inherently better. What matters is financial strength, the form, and whether the risk can be placed at all.

Need a policy reviewed?
Send your current declarations pages and we will tell you what carrier you are with, what the form actually says, and whether the market has something better. No charge and no obligation.
